**Key Takeaways:**

- Getting labor back is an issue.
- There is a focus on the intermodal space. 
- A lot of the carload space has less to do with railroads being able to incentivize people to put it on rail. 
- Fundamental are key here. There is weakening in crude and coal. The grain markets have been very good. Volume comes back as we see manufacturing come back and that will continue to benefit the carload space.
